Salary: N300,000 Monthly.

Strategic Objective
- Operationalize HR policy, talent engagement, and compliance protocols to create a performance-driven, legally compliant, and culturally aligned workforce ecosystem.
Core Deliverables
- Administer end-to-end HR operations including recruitment logistics, onboarding, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Enforce internal policy frameworks across employee conduct, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance tracking.
- Support compliance with statutory requirements such as pensions, NHF, NSITF, PAYE, and other employment-related remittances.
- Collate and maintain personnel data for payroll, HRIS updates, and management reporting.
- Facilitate periodic employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and welfare programs to enhance workforce morale.
- Assist in policy implementation, talent retention strategies, and workforce planning analytics.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, HR policies, and statutory obligations.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, employee lifecycle documentation, and HR reporting.
- High level of confidentiality, interpersonal tact, and problem-solving orientation.
Salary
