Job Description: Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a number of Community Carer roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the level of support required and complete timely reports.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals and outcomes.
- Administer medication
- Maintain medical aides, such as catheters and stomas.
- Prepare meals and provide companionship.

Requirements:
